I ordered a kite, asked for a question and paid online, proposed to be called to be eventually called back and choose an alternative product, they did send the other product without contacting me, which I find totally unacceptable. I will no longer do business with them. The other item was sent very quickly though but the follow-up links they provided were not working at all. Luckily I was home when the product got delivered.
